Fixed Orthodontic
Metal
In fixed orthodontic treatments, braces are mainly attached to the teeth by using metal bands which cannot be removed by a patient. This fixed braces ranges from metal to aesthetically pleasing clear braces and this treatment can last from 6 months to more depending on the severity of the problem.
Ceramic
Ceramic braces are similar to metal braces but the only difference is that it is made of tooth – colored material which is less visible than metal braces.
Removable Appliances
Removable appliances, as the name suggests, it can be taken off by patients at their own will to maintain their oral hygiene by brushing normally without worrying about the braces. Moreover, the strain is lesser when compared to fixed appliances.
Invisalign
In this treatment, clear plastic aligners/trays are used for patients with mild to moderate symptoms to straighten their teeth. Here, digital imaging is used to build the aligners which make this treatment more precise.
